We’ve released the latest version of Mermaid and have made some improvements to the running of simulations. As always if you have any specific requests for features you would like, please do get in touch through our support portal.

We have Mermaid online training happening in December and January – these courses are ideal if you are considering purchasing Mermaid, or refreshing your knowledge. Please get in touch if you’d like to be part of them. Each training programme consists of three 2-hour sessions. The dates and times are:

6th, 7th and 8th of December, 10am to 12 midday UTC.

10th, 11th and 12th of January, 10am to 12 midday UTC.

New Features

MM-2024: Reduce simulator memory consumption by 90%.

With all the complex calculations which take place during a Mermaid simulation the analysis previously used a lot of memory. We have optimised the simulations to significantly reduce the memory usage.

Bug-fixes

MM-2026: Floating license not working properly for multiple instances on same user/machine combination.

MM-2019: Inconsistency between number format on cost box whisker and cost exceedance and their exports.

MM-2021: On Progress Burn-Up Chart showing All Runs, the Custom Percentile box is not useful, but is still displayed.
