Mermaid Release Notes v1.1.1.3

We are pleased to announce that the latest version of Mermaid is now available. In this release we’ve made a number of changes to improve the user experience, particularly when working with the map.

New Features and Functionality

MM-1869: Improvements to map side bar.

After adding support for Shapefiles in version 1.1.1.1 we decided to make a number of changes to how items on the map are added and edited. These changes should make it much easier to add and items and to edit them.

MM-1303, MM-1870: Report the start dates selected by the tide optimisation simulations.

We’ve made some changes to how Mermaid performs tide optimisation runs, these ensure that the contingency used does not result in a start date before the target window.  We have also added reporting of the selected start dates, rather than the targeted start date.

Performance and Usability gains

MM-1930: Provide a warning when tidal current or tidal elevation data that has a median timestep beyond 20 minutes is used.

MM-1743: Report cost on chart axes with commas rather than scientific notation.

MM-1935: Provide more information as to why a By Task Progress Burn Up cannot be plotted when using older MRES and ZIP files.

Bug-fixes

MM-1877: Runs reported in cost duration table occasionally out of run order.

MM-1934: Perform this task X times control resizes.

MM-1940: Undo redo error with vessels and functions.

MM-1941: Maximising with button on export gantt obscures horizontal scroll bar.

MM-1960: Map export image cut off on some monitors.
